We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Express Courier (you can choose the service at the time of purchase).
Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases quickly at a low shipping cost (provided with a code that proves delivery).
Express Courier shipments are made via Poste Italiane, SDA Express, and GLS always the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30, except Mondays. Shipments made on Fridays will be handed over to the courier on Saturday, but will leave on Monday morning. Couriers do not depart or deliver on Saturdays.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as required by European regulation 2011/83/EU. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging (if present). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made after checking the integrity of the material.
