Thanks to the eBay platform, all payment methods are accepted such as: Paypal and credit card/Postepay via Paypal, Bank Transfer. Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase, after which the order will be canceled for unpaid item.
We offer two types of shipping: Posta1, Express Courier (you can choose the service at the time of purchase)
Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases rather quickly while still maintaining an acceptable shipping price (it has a code that proves delivery).
Shipping is done by express courier Poste Italiane, SDA Express, GLS always the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30 except Monday, if payment is made on Friday the packages are delivered to the courier on Saturday, but the departure will still be on Monday morning. The couriers do not depart or deliver on Saturday.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by the European regulation 2011/83/EU regarding distance contracts outside of commercial premises. The regulation requires that in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must give prior notice to the seller, and return the goods intact, in their original packaging (where present). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made net of packaging and shipping costs, after checking the integrity of the material.
