Payments

Thanks to the eBay platform, all payment methods are accepted such as Paypal, credit card/Postepay via Paypal and Bank Transfer. Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase; after which the order will be canceled for unpaid item.

Shipping

We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Corriere Espresso. Posta1 is a good compromise to receive your purchases quickly, while maintaining an acceptable shipping price. Shipping always takes place the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30, except Mondays. If payment is made on Friday, the packages are handed over to the courier on Saturday, but will leave on Monday morning. Couriers do not depart or deliver on Saturdays.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by European regulation 2011/83/EU. The regulation requires that to exercise the right of withdrawal the user must give prior notice to the seller and return the goods intact in their original packaging (where present). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made net of packaging and shipping costs, after checking the integrity of the material.
