Shipping

We offer two shipping options: Posta1 and Express Courier. Posta1 is a fast and economical solution, with a tracking code confirming delivery. For Express Courier shipments, we use Poste Italiane, SDA Express, and GLS. Orders paid by 10:30 a.m. will be shipped the same day, except Mondays. Shipments placed on Fridays will be handed over to the courier on Saturday but will be shipped on Monday morning.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the product, as required by European Regulation 2011/83/EU on distance contracts. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The refund will be made net of packaging and shipping costs, after verifying the integrity of the product.
