Shipping:

We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Express Courier. Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases quickly while maintaining an acceptable shipping price. Shipping always occurs the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30, except Mondays.

Right of Withdrawal:

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the product, as indicated by the European regulation 2011/83/EU. The regulation requires that to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must give prior notice to the seller and return the goods intact in their original packaging (where present).
