- Express Courier: Shipping is done by express courier Poste Italiane, SDA Express, GLS always the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 9:00 am, if payment is made on Friday the parcels are delivered to the courier on Saturday, but the departure will still be on Monday morning, the couriers do not depart or deliver on Saturday.
- Return: Any item will be accepted for return, provided it is intact and in its original packaging, refunding the full amount excluding shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
