Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase, after which the order will be canceled due to non-payment.

Shipping

We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Express Courier.

Posta1 is the best compromise for receiving your purchases fairly quickly while still maintaining an affordable shipping price (it has a tracking code that proves delivery).

Shipping is carried out by the Poste Italiane express courier, SDA Express, GLS, always the day after payment or the same day for payments received by 10:30 a.m., except on Mondays. If payment is made on Friday, the packages are delivered to the courier on Saturday, but they will still depart on Monday morning. Couriers do not make deliveries on Saturdays.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by European Regulation 2011/83/EU regarding distance contracts outside of business premises. The regulation states that to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify the seller in advance and return the goods intact, in their original packaging (if any). Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The refund will be issued net of packaging and shipping costs, subject to verification of the material's integrity.
