Thanks to the eBay platform, all payment methods are accepted such as: Paypal and credit card/Postepay via Paypal, Bank Transfer.

Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase, after which the order will be cancelled due to unpaid item.

Shipping

We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Express Courier (you can choose the service at the time of purchase).

Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases while maintaining an acceptable shipping price, with delivery code. Shipping via Express Courier is done with Poste Italiane, SDA Express, or GLS and is shipped within the day following payment, or the same day for payments received before 10:30 (excluding Monday).

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by the European regulation 2011/83/EU on distance contracts outside commercial premises. The regulation requires that to exercise the right of withdrawal the user gives prior notice to the seller, and returns the goods intact, in their original packaging (where present).
