Payment
Thanks to the ebay platform, all payment methods are accepted such as: Paypal and credit card/Postepay via paypal and bank transfer.
Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase, after which the order will be cancelled due to unpaid item.
Shipping
We offer two types of shipping: Posta1, Express Courier.
Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases rather quickly while still maintaining an acceptable shipping price (it has a code that proves delivery).
Express shipping 24/48 h takes place with BTR, SDA Express, GLS always the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30 except Monday, if the payment is made on Friday the parcels are delivered to the courier on the same Saturday, but the departure will still be on Monday morning.
Couriers do not depart or deliver on Saturdays.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by the European regulation 2011/83/EU regarding distance contracts outside of commercial premises. The regulation requires that in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must give prior notice to the seller, and return the goods intact, in their original packaging (where present). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made net of packaging and shipping costs, after checking the integrity of the material.
