Shipping

We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Express Courier.

Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases rather quickly while still maintaining an acceptable shipping price (it has a code that proves delivery).

Shipping is done by express courier Poste Italiane, SDA Express, GLS always the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30, except Monday. If payment is made on Friday, packages are handed over to the courier on Saturday, but will leave on Monday morning. Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by the European regulation 2011/83/EU regarding distance contracts outside of commercial premises. The regulation requires that in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must give prior notice to the seller, and return the goods intact, in their original packaging (where present).
