Payment
Thanks to the eBay platform, we accept all payment methods such as PayPal, credit card/Postepay via PayPal and bank transfer.
Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase, after which the order will be cancelled due to unpaid item.
Shipping
We offer two types of shipping: Posta1 and Express Courier.
Posta1 is the best compromise to receive your purchases rather quickly, while still maintaining an acceptable price for shipping (it has a code that proves delivery).
Express Shipping 24/48 h is carried out with BRT, SDA Express, GLS. Shipping is carried out the day after payment or the same day for payments received before 10:30, except Monday. If payment is made on Friday, the packages are handed over to the courier on Saturday, but the departure will still be on Monday morning.
Couriers do not depart or deliver on Saturdays.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their purchase, as indicated by the European regulation 2011/83/EU on distance contracts outside commercial premises. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must give prior notice to the seller and return the goods intact, in their original packaging (where present). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund will be made net of packaging and shipping costs, after checking the integrity of the material.
